Description
The Telerik UI for Blazor Floating ToolBar provides ToolBar actions in a popup that can be anchored to an element or positioned freely in the viewport.
This overview demonstrates call controls anchored below a participant avatar in a call window. The toolbar uses the same buttons, button groups, separators, overflow behavior, and accessibility semantics as the Telerik ToolBar.
Set Visible and AnchorSelector to associate the toolbar with the active element, then use Position to select its preferred side. Collision handling keeps the toolbar available when the anchor is near a viewport edge.
The component is suitable for contextual media controls, document annotations, image editing, and other focused actions that should remain close to their target.
